  • We have a designated out-of-office hour’s emergency service for tenants or landlords to call 7 days a week
  • Serve legal notices upon request
  • We pay for any outgoings on demand if funding in place and advise you immediately if otherwise.
  • Ensure gas safety certificates, portable appliance tests and EPC’s are up to date
  • Continual updates to ensure the property is fully compliant with safety regulations
  • Property inventory check in/ check out
  • Informing utility companies of tenancy changes
  • Arranging quotations for works and advising further
  • Registering and reconciliation of deposits
  • Dealing with insurance claims on behalf of landlords
  • Biannual periodic reports highlighting areas for improvement

Block Management.

We have a designated contact point as regards to each individual managed building no matter how large or small.

  • Advising and updating on compliance with relevant leasehold obligations
  • Ensuring adequate insurance policies are in place for the client and sourcing the most competitive quotes
  • Administration of ground rent and service charge demands
  • Preparation of annual service charge budgets
  • Providing annual reports of income and expenditure
  • Inspections to common parts at a frequency agreed with client
  • Advice on compliance with any statutory obligations, including notices
  • Attending all AGMs and directors meetings as required
  • Dealing with the Freeholder’s repair and maintenance obligations
